In April 2008 the national standard application form- known as 1APP – was introduced. This allows all applications to be made on similar forms and online via the Planning Portal website. We aim to submit all of our planning applications, lawful development certificates and other applications online. This reduces the cost of submission, i.e. reduced paper and printing costs and postage, from the office and therefore the reduction in costs in past on to our clients.

Planning Applications:
We undertake work for a range of applications from householder developments to commercial developments. We will prepare design and access and supporting statements as necessary, as well as all other documents required for a planning application. If a Local Planning Authority requires specialist information to accompany your application, we can recommend you to a company who can provide that service for you.

Change of Use:
Some changes of use do not require planning permission; however, others such as changing from a residential unit to a care home or office space may require planning permission. We can advise you on the situation and prepare the necessary documents for a submission to the Council.
