National standard application fees:
Every planning application has to be accompied by a application fee which is set by Central Government. We will advise you of the fee payable prior to the submission of your application.

Building Regulations fee:
We can advise you on the fees for a Building Regulation application as these differ with every Council. The fees are also based on the floor space of the proposed development.

Our fees:
Each enquiry is looked at individually and our fees are based on the work required for each proposal. We prefer to agree set fees with our clients prior to the commencement of work and these fees are only subject to change if the request for work changes from that which was initially agreed.

We submit applications and appeals online, and prefer to send our supporting documents electronically to all parties. This reduces cost of resources and the benefit of this method allows us to provide minimum fee quotes to the client whilst ensuring the best quality work is carried out.
